- Do I need experience to apply?
- Not for many roles. We hire entry-level candidates with full training. What matters is a good command of Spanish, a willingness to learn, and English as a strong plus.
- Which cities do you hire in?
- We hire across Santo Domingo, Santiago, Puerto Plata and Punta Cana, plus remote roles you can do from anywhere in the Dominican Republic.
- Do I need to speak English?
- It depends on the role. Some roles are Spanish only, many are bilingual, and a few need a further language. Each job lists its language requirement.
- Can I work from home?
- Yes, for many roles. We offer onsite, hybrid and work-from-home options, part-time and full-time, with day and night shifts.
- How long until I become permanent?
- You become a permanent team member after a three-month probation period. From there, we promote from within, so there is a real path upward.
- How do I apply and how fast will you respond?
- Apply online in minutes, from your phone if you like. We aim to respond to every application within five business days.
