Corpshore Dominicana operates from four locations in the Dominican Republic: Santo Domingo, the headquarters and largest talent pool; Santiago in the Cibao valley; Puerto Plata on the north coast; and Punta Cana in the eastern resort corridor. Each serves distinct sectors and languages.

Corpshore Dominicana delivers from four cities rather than one, and that is a deliberate choice. The Dominican Republic is not a single labour market: Santo Domingo, Santiago, Puerto Plata and Punta Cana hold distinct pools of talent, and placing each team where the language or skill actually lives produces better results than forcing all hiring into one city. Four sites also mean business continuity, because work can shift between centres if one location is affected.

Each city brings something of its own. Santo Domingo is the capital and headquarters, the largest centre with capacity for more than a thousand seats. Santiago and the Cibao region are known for technical and bilingual talent. Puerto Plata, on the north coast, brings French-speaking and hospitality talent. Punta Cana, in the eastern corridor, is strong in hospitality and in multi-variant Spanish thanks to its international workforce. Together they add up to more than two thousand seats.
