Corpshore Dominicana operates as a Dominican entity, employing Dominican staff under Dominican law, while clients contract through the structure of a Canadian-headquartered parent. This combination gives one accountable relationship across two jurisdictions, each doing what it does best.

The company was established in 2019 and today delivers from four cities with capacity for well over two thousand seats: Santo Domingo, its headquarters, alongside Santiago, Puerto Plata and Punta Cana. Each site is chosen for a specific labour market, from the technical and bilingual pool of the Cibao around Santiago, to the deep French-speaking and hospitality talent of the north coast, to the multi-variant Spanish talent of the eastern corridor.
