1. About this policy

This cookie policy explains how Corpshore Dominicana S.R.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on corpshore.com.do, what each one does, how long it lasts, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally, and our data protection notice (Ley 172-13). By using this site you agree to essential cookies, which are necessary for the site to function; optional cookies load only if and when you choose to accept them.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser so it can remember information between pages and visits, such as your language or your privacy choices. "Similar technologies" include browser local storage and tags or pixels used for measurement. In this policy we refer to all of these as "cookies". Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider whose service is embedded in the page). They can be session cookies, which are deleted when you close the browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a set period.

3. How we approach cookies

We take a privacy-first approach. This site defaults to essential only. No analytics or measurement cookies are set until you actively accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "cookie settings" link in the site footer, and rejecting optional cookies does not affect your ability to browse the site or use its core features.

4. Categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into three categories.

Strictly necessary and functional (always on). These make the site work and remember your basic preferences; they do not require consent because the site cannot function properly without them:

• NEXT_LOCALE (first-party, persistent): remembers your language choice so pages load in the language you selected.
• theme (first-party, persistent): remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.
• cs-consent (first-party, persistent, about twelve months): records your cookie choices so we do not ask again and so we can honour your decision.

Analytics and performance (only with your consent). These help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it. They load only after you accept analytics in the banner:

• Google Analytics (GA4) (third-party): aggregate measurement of pages, sessions and events. We enable IP anonymisation.
• Microsoft Clarity (third-party): aggregate interaction and session-quality measurement, such as which elements are used.
• Vercel Analytics (first-party, privacy-friendly): page and event counts without cross-site tracking.

Third-party feature cookies. When you interact with an embedded tool, that provider may set cookies strictly to deliver the feature you asked for:

• Calendly: when you open the discovery-call scheduling widget, Calendly may set cookies to operate the booking.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: when a form runs the anti-abuse check, Cloudflare may set a cookie to complete the verification.

5. Consent and how it is recorded

When you first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept analytics or keep essential only. Your choice is stored in the cs-consent cookie together with a version number and timestamp, so we can demonstrate the consent you gave and re-ask if this policy changes materially. If you accept and later change your mind, or if you initially declined and later opt in, use the "cookie settings" link in the footer at any time.

6. How to control cookies in your browser

Beyond our banner, you can control cookies directly in your browser. Most browsers let you view the cookies stored, delete some or all of them, and block cookies from specific sites or all sites. You can find these controls in your browser's privacy or security settings. Please note that blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, may stop parts of this or other sites from working. Because cookie settings are specific to each browser and device, you will need to set your preferences on each browser and device you use.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no consistent industry standard for how sites should respond to it, so we rely on our cookie banner and the controls described above rather than on Do Not Track. We do not track you across other websites for advertising.

We may update this cookie policy as the site and the tools it uses change. When we make a material change we will update the date on this page and, where the change affects your choices, ask for your consent again. Please review this policy periodically.
